Ok, this video on Japanese aluminum foil balls is fantastic.

The idea is simple: Hammer and polish an entire sheet of a aluminum foil into a solid and shiny aluminum ball.

This entire thing would never occur to most people because most people simply give up too soon.

I like it because it is seemingly like so many other things in life.

With a bit of grit, you might be surprised what you can accomplish.

I want to teach my children the ability to focus like this.

For becoming great at anything is mostly about repetition.
