My Mad Money Stash

My Mad Money Stash

This is a picture of my mad money stash.

Don’t know what I’m talking about?

My Uncle Jim taught me about it.

See, you always need to keep a stash of mad money in the car.

You keep it for whenever you are driving around and having a bad day.

You get mad. You get grumpy. You need a second.

And you have a little change to stop for a Coke and a candybar.

But now I have dated myself.

Because – well – I can’t remember the last time I bought anything without using a credit card. 🤣

So now I even spice my coin stash up with a gift card thrown in there.

And truth be told, Uncle Jim is not my real Uncle.

He is an old fighter pilot that flew with my dad and is one of my dad’s best friends.

During my time in Saudi, I spent many summer days on his farm in South Carolina as a child.

It’s been years, but I hope I see him again soon.

Maybe I can buy him a Coke and Snickers bar like he always did for me.
