Trying to do small things with great love reminds me of the quote by Bill Gates.
“Most people overestimate what they can do in one year and underestimate what they can do in ten years.”
The point is that most of us will never move a mountain, or build a billion dollar company.
Most of us will never write a book or win a war.
But we can work where we are.
We can make a real difference in the lives of people across the street and in our church.
We can encourage those whose lives we touch.
And we can do it with great love.
“Boy, was that nutty old Mother Teresa right when she said that none of us can do great things, but that we can do small things with great love.”
