
I took the time this last week to watch Part 1 of Notre Dame’s, The God Debate.
I kept wanting both Hitchens and D’Souza to go a little deeper on the problem of evil and pain.
There might be an ethical difference in a lion eating her cub vs. a human eating her children, but why is there a difference?
How do we tell the difference?
And on what basis is one standard preferred over another?
