Chase Art, Just For The Art?

Chase Art, Just For The Art?

You chase art, do you?

That elusive muse.

Well, chase after it then. Hone your craft.

But you do it for the art.

You do it for being able to be part of that expression.

For the story. For the paint. For the struggle. For the poem. For the emotion. For the craft. For posterity.

I attempt this idea with this simple little website. It is about me documenting, and eulogizing, and sharing. Your response to it is personal, and not any of my business.

My only job is to work – and then hit the publish button.

–Steven Pressfield, The War Of Art
