Your first million is the hardest. You know why?
Because unless you inherit it, you have to work, bleed, and fight for every penny of it.
It is either insanely difficult, or takes three generations…
But after that – well – you can put it in the market at 5 percent and breathe a little easier.
5 percent of a million dollars is $50,000, after all. It definitely gives you more options.
