Remote Work

Remote Work

I get it, not all firms are capable of remote work.

Hamburgers have to be cooked. Plumbing has to be fixed. And hair needs cut.

But for more and more of us, this is not the place we find ourselves.

60% of our time is spent in software and 40% of our time spent in email.

I enjoyed this post on this issue.

And Saddington is right.

It all boils down to the autonomy of time.

Do you have a choice in it, or not?

Firms that are capable will compete over this perk more and more.

And then, like most other benefits, it will be expected.
