Sure, complaining will not get you anywhere.
But, in addition, consider this.
Think about any situation where two people are competing.
If the competition is close, who do you prefer?
The professional?
Or the one who gripes and complains?
Consider yourself an employer. You have two prospective employees standing in front of you with the same educational background. They are basically the same age, have the same experience, and even look and dress the same. One of them gripes and complains, and the other one smiles and is happy. “Who are you going to hire?
