I found an updated version of the audio from Naval Ravikant on how to get rich slowly.
This is about wealth, of course.
But it is so high level into principles – that it borders on philosophy.
Good stuff.

Is it true that the ultra wealthy never carry cash?
I suppose it depends on what you mean by “ultra wealthy,” but this passage seems anecdotal at best.
Of course, maybe I have just never know anyone that wealthy.
Ok, I knew – in passing – an oil guy who was likely worth one or two hundred million dollars.
But Carlton Beal Jr. – of BTA Oil Producers – was an old-school kind of cat (of my grandfather’s generation) that you would have never guessed was wealthy.
We went to the same church forever ago and he was in my mom’s Sunday school class.
But he would have never been rude like the entitled daughter of a billionaire described here.
I can almost see it.
So wealthy you have always had daddy and staff to deal with life’s frivolities…
One of the things I’d forgotten about seriously wealthy people, something I’d noticed during a brief previous exposure in college, was that the old-school, old-money kind of rich people? Those motherfuckers don’t pay for shit. They don’t carry cash—and even credit cards seem always to be … somewhere else, as if whatever small sums as might be needed are beneath notice or discussion. Better you pay.
