A Content Marketing Mentality Can Lead To Epic Content Like This

I agree deeply with the content marketing mentality espoused by Garyvee.

Plainly, he believes that every business is a media company first.

This is all about giving value to potential customers – and associating that value with your brand.

I mean, particularly if you are a leader in your sector, your firm should be a top information source for anyone seeking help that you offer an answer for.

Marketer Mark Schaefer breaks down the content you should be making into three different content types.

Hygiene Content, Hub Content, and Hero Content.

Hygiene Content is content that answers your customer’s questions. Hub Content is evergreen content that keeps people coming back. And Hero Content is content that is designed to stand out and go viral.

All that to say, this video below is an absolutely awesome piece of Hero Content.

Imagine if your company – in addition to everything else – put together something like this once a year.

Just imagine what it would do for your brand over the long-run?

Understand: Marketing is about association.
