I ate lunch today at Burger Theory Lubbock.

The restaurant is located in the lobby of Holiday Inn off Spur 327.

I ordered The Classic burger and added bacon to it. Food was good, staff was friendly, place was clean and they have a simple and unadulterated modern decor going on.

I tried to talk my wife into coming too but she had lunch plans with her sister.

Honestly, I just wanted to try the place.

It was quiet, but honestly that’s a draw for me.

I wish I had the time today to take a book and squander the day away over an ice-tea.

Being in the lobby of a hotel, I imagine they are much more crowded at dinner.

Did I want anything I didn’t get? A chocolate milkshake.

But maybe that’s just me.
