Find meaning and realize that life is not meaningless. You are in no way a meaningless puff of air.
Everything you do matters. And it matters forever.
But here is the awful part that few will tell you. There is pain at both ends of the spectrum.
For below is Bourdain at the end of his rope. And less than 10 years later he committed suicide after reaching the pinnacle of human fame and wealth.
Understand: Without meaning and purpose, the ultimate pleasure is eventually a letdown too.
