This made me laugh a little too hard because it reminded me of all my old work peeps back at ARMtech.
It was a running joke that nobody in our department liked doing group projects. 🤣
We might hire an intern?
Make sure they don’t double dip… And ask them if they like group projects!
I also remember a big group presentation I had to do in a capstone course while getting my B.B.A.
I hated the idea of someone else’s poor performance possibly bringing my grade down so much that I picked the topic, wrote the paper, and outlined everyone’s talking points the first weekend after our groups were chosen.
Don’t hate the player. Hate the game.
People in large groups are kinda awful. And so is work.
Why make it worse by combining them?
