1. I read that this one billionaire’s genius was that he would take over a company and do two things. He would ruthlessly cut costs – and reinvest the free cash flow into doubling down on that firm’s strengths. It seems like common sense to me. But I have never had the chance.
2. This couple’s children and grandchildren will watch this for years.
3. I want to be easy to find – but hard to reach.
4. If you can – live in the same town as your parents.
5. Luxury cars are not worth the extra $50,000.
