- Business going under? Find a job and start another business on the side.
- Divorcing? Don’t give up. And if you do, don’t let it break you.
- Kids no longer want a relationship? Never stop loving them, ever.
- Loose your job? Find a routine, make something of your own, and go find a new one.
- Sick? Never let it touch your soul. Never let it break your hope.
- Depressed? Volunteer. Exercise. Be involved in others lives. Live outside yourself.
This idea of resilience cannot be emphasized enough, because what is the alternative?
