You know there are a lot of terrible CEO’s, right?
They’re not interested in changing anything – not really.
They want to take credit when things go well.
And they want to blame others when things fail.
They don’t have a new or creative idea in them.
And they could care less about those under them.
Mostly – they think about their next steak dinner, how many airplane miles they have, and maintaining the status quo – even when change is desperately needed.
Honestly, I don’t know how they often maintain their positions for so long.
They are employees too, after all.
