Covid Protocol

Covid Protocol

I gotta say, I was impressed with my doctor’s COVID protocol list.

Glad he was proactive about it all…

I took:

  • 1,000 mg Vitamin C
  • 10,000 IU Vitamin D
  • 50 mg Zinc
  • 20 mg Pepcid
  • Morning Asprin
  • 3 mg malatonin at night
  • Advil as needed
  • 10 days of doxycycline
  • 2 doses of ivermectin

He had me do the monoclonal antibody infusion too.

And I am going to be honest – he got really mad about the people who try to play politics with ivermectin.

The Cruelty Of Cancer

The Cruelty Of Cancer

The cruelty of cancer, if I am being honest, sounds exactly the same as the cruelty of age.

And people in their 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and beyond are going to laugh when I say this.

But I can feel a decrease in energy too, even at 40.

I’ll just say that I certainly don’t feel 18 anymore.

I know. I know. See? I have no real idea what I am talking about.

All I know is that all any of us can do is to persist until we get called out of this world.

Keep going!

Understand: Age is a unique thing.

Part of the cruelty of cancer, though, is not only that it limits your time; it also limits your energy, vastly reducing the amount you can squeeze into a day. It is a tired hare who now races. And even if I had the energy, I prefer a more tortoiselike approach. I plod, I ponder. Some days, I simply persist.
