When we age, our heroes age too.
This is a simple fact – but a sad one.
You watch them in their prime and then one day realize they somehow got old.
I remember watching David Robinson play for the San Antonio Spurs like he was the strongest man in the world.
When I looked up a second later, he was older than my dad was when my dad retired.
And I will be the same age in a blink.
Grasp at the now, girls and boys.
