4000 Posts

I hit 4000 posts today!

The longer I go at this blogging thing, and the more posts I have behind me, the more I can appreciate what others have done.

For example, I stumbled across an innocent looking blog the other day.

Two random guys founded it and there are maybe five or six off-and-on “contributors” listed.

The site ranks well and gets a good bit of traffic.

Then I noticed that the site lists each author’s number of posts.

As of today:

Founder #1: 4,439 posts listed
Founder #2: 4,794 posts listed

I am not even half-way there!

Forget about places like Salon.com.

By last estimate, they have 287,000 posts indexed by Google…

Keep going, I know.
