What if we had less? What if we did less? Not just less though. What if we did less – but did it better? I am ready to give it a try. Essentialism differs a little bit from Minimalism in that it does not focus on less for the sake of less. Rather, as the name says, essentialism seeks to hone us in on that which is essential. What trade-offs are you making in favor of non-essential noise? What priorities do you so easily disregard? You can change. We all can. And it might start with this book.
