To grow, to learn, to improve, we just have to be willing seek help.

And then we need to be willing to listen when we find it.

I find that when I feel like I am sick of struggling, the truth is something slightly different.

The truth is that I am sick of a lack of progress.

This has happened many times in my blogging. I publish post after post. Weeks go by. Then I go look at my analytics and find my traffic is not even flat. It has decreased.

I can take having minor success.

I just want my work to translate into observable headway.

All these people I follow online and their hundreds of thousands of monthly visitors… When DOES this get easy?

The only thing I know for sure is that your odds of success improve as you chase the process, rather than the goal.

Understand: The direction matters more than the state.
