This comparison of fighting siblings to “the sounds of murder” made me laugh.
It feels true though.
I mean as a parent, you worry about the extremes.
When everything is motionless and quiet – you better go investigate.
Conversely, if you hear the sounds of murder – you might want to get up and double check what’s going on in the back of the house.
No matter, a parent should always be glad for another 10 minutes of sleep.
