1. I just realized the band-aid industry is a fraud. 99% of band-aids are used by children and are completely unnecessary. 🤣

1. I’m looking at the years gone by tonight. Trying not to think about the grief that lies ahead.
2. Go make someone’s day. Someone you don’t even know.
3. You can’t write with too much else going on. If you have too much work stress, too many chores, or too many other distractions, you simply won’t have the bandwidth to write. I have been writing long enough now to see this: Writing is a leisure sport.
